Jalapeño-Lime Guacamole Recipe

A simple yet scrumptious guac recipe that stays faithful to traditional ingredients without any nasty gunk or fillers. The winning combo of jalapeño peppers and limes provides heat and a tangy boost. The perfect dip for a tortilla chip!

2 Ripe Avocados
1 Ripe Mango, diced
1 Lime, juiced
1 tsp Lime Zest
1 tsp Jalapeños
Sea Salt, to taste

For Garnishing:

Chopped Roma tomatoes and Red Onions
Cilantro

  1. Combine the avocado and mango pulps in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash to desired consistency (chunky or smooth).
  3. Mix in the jalapeños, lime juice and lime zest and season with salt to taste.
  4. Top with chopped tomatoes, onions and cilantro leaves.

TIP: Refigerate before serving. Leave the avocado pit in the guacamole until serving for the avocado to retain its appetizing green color.
